Luca Damian is an Analyst at Thomvest Asset Management, based in the Toronto office. Luca is focused on supporting direct, fund and co-investments across various asset classes in both public and private markets. Before joining Thomvest, Luca built internship experience across various mandates in the asset management industry, including the Investment Strategy Group at CIBC and the Public Equities team at the University of Toronto Asset Management Corporation, where he helped cover public equity and hedge fund strategies. Luca completed his studies at the University of Toronto’s Rotman Commerce program in 2026, where he specialized in Finance & Economics. Luca is also pursuing his CFA designation and has completed the CFA level 1 exam.
