Karim Toubba is a cybersecurity executive with more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming security businesses. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of LastPass, the leading password and identity management platform trusted by millions of individuals and businesses worldwide.

Karim has a track record of identifying market inflection points and turning them into category-defining companies. As CEO of Kenna Security, he led the team that pioneered Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM) — leveraging machine learning and data science to fundamentally reimagine how enterprises prioritize and respond to security risk. Kenna was acquired by Cisco in 2021, where Karim subsequently led the integration and oversaw Cisco's broader endpoint and extended detection and response (EDR/XDR) portfolio.

Prior to Kenna, Karim served as Vice President of Products and Strategy for the Security Business Unit at Juniper Networks, where he led product management, strategy, and technical marketing across a billion-dollar portfolio. He has held executive product leadership roles at both private and public companies, with deep expertise spanning encryption, network analytics, and enterprise security products.

Karim brings to the board a rare combination of operator experience and strategy — having navigated the full arc from early-stage innovation to successful acquisition and large-scale integration.
